The throttle body heater is leaking. You could do a couple of things, replace the gasket or block off the lines to the throttle body. Careful removing the screws, they can be corroded and break off in the throttle body.

thanks doc! how would i go about replacing the gasket. a friend of mine said i could this
"If that's the case you can remove the bolts, clean the surface and put a coat of silicone gasket maker on it. Spread it evenly, let it skin over before installing. If you can't get to it cooling system sealers are much better than they were some time ago. My personal favorite is Bars Leak. Follow directions on bottle. Don't just throw it in and think it will work."

thanks!

The resealing is good, I resist using the "pour it in and it'll seal the leak" stuff. Fix it right and be done with it. Take your friends advice, it seems quite reasonable to me.

If you have successfully removed the three small Torx head screws, then a bit of brute force is called for. You are simply overcoming the surface tension of the gasket, pry on it a bit and off it will come.
