Tire rubbing on wheel well

My front right tire on my 1990 accura legend 4 door coupe is rubbing majorly on the wheel well when i make quick stops

no i dont think so everyone seems to believe its the suspension but i really dont want to believe that

Could not hurt have you jacke up and inspected bushings on strut

I cant nor would i really know what i was looking at to be honest im taking it back to the tire shop hoefully they can put the right size tires on it and it will fix it otherwise im just out of luck here i dont have any money to replace the suspension in this junker
