I HAVE BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY AND DID A TUNE UP AND PUT NEW CABLE CONNECTION TO THE BATTERY POLL MY BATTERY LIGHT STILL STAYING ON AND MY CAR WANT CRANK I HAVE TO GET A JUMP OFF PLEASE HELP ME FOUND MY CAR ISSUE.

The battery warning light means the battery is not being recharged while you're driving. Have the charging system tested. Most likely you will need a replacement generator.
