1989 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Intake Manifold Torque Specs

I have a 2 questions.

1) What is the torque spec for the intake manifold?
2) Do I use the "red" sealer on the gaskets or no sealer.

I have seen several different specs for the intake manifold torque, trying to get the exact torque, don't won't to do it twice.

The gasket set that I have is Fel-pro MS-94066. Looks like it has a blue bead on both sides of the gasket, I suppose a silcone bead.
