low side pressure ac service located?

Where is the ac low side pressure service outlet located on a 1989 Olds Delta 88, and what is the correct operating psi ? ac doesn't work, clutch doesn't seem to be engaging, system has not been converted to 134a type freon

it is on the reciever dryer or accumulator assembly. it may be below the battery or back by the firewall..
