1989 Oldsmobile Delta 883800 mileage: 132,000. We have code 41 flashing. The car is running fine. Recent new head gasket and valve job (do it yourself job). Some hesitation on take off, but this is very slight and intermittent. Can you point us in a direction for diagnosing reason for code 41?
