1989 Oldsmobile 88 Delta Royale 3800 mileage: 152,000. My car surges when cruising. ECM, coil, plugs and wires replaced. It improved the performance a little but it still surges under slight throttle pressure. Runs fine when engine is cold. Seems to surge more with the air conditioner on.
