Where would this be located on my car? Detailed explanation or picture please. I've looked under the passenger side dashboard and couldn't find it. Thanks in advance.

Which cutlass do you have, there are several. What is liter size of engine? What kind of problem are you having? I don't believe there is an ecm relay? There is probably an ecm fuse in fuse box. Let us know.
