1989 Nissan Navara front RHS wheel bearings

after fitting new kit, have been left with about a circlip width space. as if the hub is too far forward.
have checked races, bearing seating.
can you assist?

we don't have that model in US but this is out of a pathfinder which should be pretty close to help you out. see pic
