Recent replacement of water pump. Gear on cam belt was found to be back to front from cam and balance belt replacement last year it was flipped and pulley adjusted accordingly.
Sound is like a piece of plastic in the spokes of a bike tyre when sitting in the cab of ute.
Loss of power but compressions are normal for number of Kms. "Clacking" sound follows the revs of the engine and is in the engine. No excess smoke as you would expect with piston gone.

Could be a valve lifter/s or oil pressure problem -you need to have it further checked/tested
