Hello, i have a stick-shif 323 f i had the thermastat taken out 2 years ago,the car ran good,now the cooling fan won,t come on,and the tem,goes on high, i have to turn on the air-condition,to cool the car,i put a new sencer,in but it sill gets hot,a mechanic,he hooked the cooling fan to run all the time,the car runs great,but when we stop and turn the engine off it won,t start after that,it acts like the battery is low, but if i let the car sit for 2 hours it will start,is it the altinator ? can you help,thanks,

first, put the thermostat back in. it is there for a reason and you may have damaged the motor from this.

by replacing the thermostat, the fans may come back on line.

have a leak down test done as you may have a blown head gasket.

get the battery load tested as well as the alternator.
