1989 Honda Civic defrost temp. not warm

recently replaced radiator.now only cold air coming from defrost vents

make sure all air is out of system and both heater hoses are hot. check to make sure cables are working correctly. open air bleed bolt on thermostat and when all air or bubbles are gone and only coolant it's done.
