crossover pipe for exhaust is in the way of the 2 front trans pan bolt had ddo i remove these boltss

plain answer is remove crossover pipe.

crossover pipe is welded to other exhaust pipe to other side of engine. if i remove it would that give me a little play room so i can get a socket in there?
