I turned on my wipers just for a swcond this morning to get all the rain off of my windshield and then when i went to turn them off, they just kept going. I tried to change the speed of the wipers and turn them off and that still did't work. no matter what i do they wont stop. My wiper buttons are on the turn signal stick on the steering column . help!?
