Does it just pull out or something else like pin or tab needs be pushed before it comes out?

I am not sure that is why asking...I already removed cap but rotor does not come off easily...

There are two different possibilities. One just pulls off. The other will have two screws which hold it in place. I attached a pic of both for you to see. Let me know if you get it off.
