I have a 1989 f150 4.9 and I'm changing it from a four speed to a five speed and I was wondering if I'm getting a bell housing an drive shaft and the transfer case and transmission do I need a different clutch and fly wheel or can I just keep them and if I need to change how much would it cost me?

the clutch disk may be different as the input shaft between 4 & 5 speeds may be different. check with auto parts on cost.
