idle after warmed up..restarts as if flooded or won't restart until eng.cold have replaced throttle censor,egr valve,fuel pressure reg.,fuel filter,smog pump,egr vacuum solenoid,positioning censor,cleaned idol control valve,carefully check for vacuum leaks.it started out with idol surging and get worse the more money you spend.need help.wife has A.L.S....her handy cap van.
