Broken Ignition Actuator. Had this happen before. Paid to have it fixed. Thats not the question. I just want to start it so I can get it to the shop. I know there is a way to "jump" it so it will start. Saw the mechanic do that before but didnt really pay attention how he did it. Would rather jump it then pay for the tow. Also would the broken actuator make it so the truck is stuck in neutral? I moved it to neutral but now cant get it to move back to park. Thanks!

Your Solenoid should be on the inner fender. That's where you can jump start your truck. I had the same problem. On your solenoid, take the wire off of the "S" peg on your solenoid(Located at the top) take a jump wire (16 gage wire will be fine. Touch one end to the "S" peg and the other to the Postive cable on your battery. It should start.
