i have a 89 dogde dakota 3.9 i replaced the throttle body but for some reason one injectors sprays too much gaosline and the other spray normal

Swap the injectors, see if problem follows the injector, if it does, suspect faulty injector. You could do an injector ohms test, test them hot and cold, see if the readings match on both injectors.
