car wont start. one injector not receiving power when test with a test light. Had to replace broken wire on the injector that is currently working, but there is no noticeable broken wire on the other injector.

Check for voltage to the injectors for only the first second after turning on the ignition switch, then again during engine cranking. Also check for spark. Don't just stop at the fuel system.

car is getting spark from coil, as well as spark plugs. I figure that I should jump wire from 1st to 2nd injector and see what happens. Voltage is there, car was initially running, and all was done at that time was tighten up throttle body bolts, and car cut off.

Hmmm. Can't find a service manual for this car, but it sounds like you have the problem identified with the missing power wire. Can you trace it back in the harness to a splice that might be corroded?

I traced the harness on the not working injector, but their is no visual corrosion, so I'm thinking that it may bee the injector or the module by the left-side wheel well. That is where the corrosion initiated and could have shorted inside the box.
