1989 Chevrolet Truck turn signals rear out

i replaced the rear turn signals bulbs and they still don't work they blink faster then normal and front signal do work and i don't think rear stop light work now when i push on brake lights don't come on i wanna know how to make them work again i did look at fuse and they wasn't blown

If the rear is flashing fast and the front not at all, then your problem is in the front. The brake lights could be a totally unrelated issue that should be checked after the turn signals are repaired.
