In 2010 I had 3 rebuilt transmissions put in my truck (3/4 ton-4 wheel drive) (Jan. 2010, March 2010 & Aug. 2010) by our local mechanic. After driving a mere 9,000 miles since the last one was put in I am again having problems. It will not shift into 2nd gear and I have to go like a bat out of 'h-ll' to get it into 3rd gear...it will not shift into overdrive. My local mechanic called the company the 'rebuilt' trans. came from and they said they could not find any problems with the returned trans. back in 2010...and thought it had some thing to do with a rod of some sorts. My mechanic checked it this morning and it was not that problem. Can you give me any ideas of what it might be...Respectfully, Woody Loggins

there is a throttle valve cable on the throttle body that needs to be adjusted. have a trans shop do this as they are familiar with the routine
