Is there a way to check the individual coil packs

Any codes in the computer?Are you loosing spark to certain cylinders?If so which ones?When it dies does it restart right away?

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs. Test the TPS and MAP sensors-Check the coil's primary and secondary winding resistances-

The primary & secondary resistance readings are what im looking for ,@ the moment im just using a timing light going wire to wire & im getting different flashes from the same pack some steady as i think they should be some slower & staggered but definitely different than it should be

In theory you can test the resistance but in reality it won't help you because it changes too drastically with temperature and likely only fails the test when the coils get hot.

Go buy a inline spark tester there under 10 that will tell you what the spark is doing.
