2.8L. Ran rough. Hard to start. Got worse every stop and when warm. Changed fuel pressure regulator. First start high idle, catalytic converter glowed red. Next start after cool down; ran rough, high idle and also have a hard break pedal. I have vacuum on intake (pressure unknown) and brake boost check valve seems operatable. Any ideas are welcome.
