1989 camaro heat/AC problem

1989 camaro heating/AC problem. doesn't come out of vents or defroster (simply anywhere) but car will eventually get warm/cool inside so it's coming out somewhere. help?

one of your diverterdoorsisn'tworking. i'm sending along a diagram. you'll need to check for a vacuum leak or electrical problem. you'll have to see if the door is getting vacuum or electrical to make it work.
