After driving anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes engine stalls like its running out of fuel code 51

Replaced fuel filter, fuel pump and strainer and rotor/dist it throws a ck eng light code 51 when i checked. its everytime i try to drive it too. it works at first for a few minutes then its just like it runs out of fuel. on freeway or street it doesnt matter. at first it will start right up again without having to even stop but eventually it wont and will need to sit 20 or 30 minutes before starting up again and acting fine for 10 minutes and do it all over again. please help
