It for me very interesting where is the problem I pulled wiring diagram from repair manual and trying to find out the problem of the stepper motor mount broken on left side and flap door not work to close an open it's hard to anderstand that? Thank.

It's a stepper motor its operating properly and you won't have to worry about that. As far as the mount, call up some junkyards around in your area. See if you can find some bmws they should all have the same AC systems. Just remove the bracket you need and install it in your car. That should fix your problem. Good luck if you need me just call.
