Hi, i would like to find out my mother has got a vw jetta automatic. The top of her gear lever needs to be replaced, the major thing that has happened is that the car goes into gear (reverse, neutral, park etc) but when she puts it into drive it doesn't drive (go). Could you please advise me as to what the problem could be we are really desperate? thank you
