Just replaced head gasket, head resurfaced, new plugs, cap and rotor, plug wires, o2 sensor, fuel filter. Fuel injectors came from same size motor but different model car. Timing is set and have good spark. Car fires up imediately then dies imediately, I can repeat process continually. I took off air inlet and started it up and kept it running by spraying starting fluid into intake. It seems to me I have a fuel issue, what is the course of action I should take in pinpointing the problem?

you need to hook up a fuel pressure gauge to see what is happening when it stalls.
