I CAN'T GET THE HUB OFF TO CHANGE MY REAR BRAKE SHOES ITS ON TO TIGHT,WHERE IS THE STAR WHEEL LOCATED TO LOOSEN THE HUB.

At rear of backing plate there is a slotted rubber grommet. Remove it and you ca get to the adjusting bolt.
