I do have a strobe light and I know where to find it, but the tag is so rusted I cannot read it. I need to know if you cannot read it what it should be?

What does the emission decal say the timing should be?

No, the metal tag above the harmonic balancer is rusted so badly, it cannot be read. I just need to know is it 1 or 2 increments.
