my motor has locked up on my 1988 cutlass ciera olsdmobile, so how do i get it to unlock?

You could remove all spark plugs and accessory belts, then see if it will crank. Might be hydrostatic lock? Fluid in the cylinders. If pistons or crankshaft is froze, thats a different issue, the engine could possibly be ruined?
