I have adelta 88. Runs great on the highway but when at astop light or a stand still idle, the check engine light comes on and the car dies. Sometimes it will not start back up for at least an hour. I have replaced almost every se
nsor on it exept the air intake temp. Sensor, which i think is the problem. Could you tell me if i am right and where it would be located?

Check for applicable mil codes, if you haven't already? How long since a tune-up? When the problem occurs, if it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. The problem could be almost anything? I have to start with the basics.
