i located the fuel pump under the back seat. it has a 4 wire plug connector and a one plug connector. it has two fuel lines. so i disconnected both fuel lines and turned the ignition to the on position. no fuel came out and i didnt hear the pump. i then disconnected the electrical plugs and tested each wire in the 4 plug connection with a test light. the test light didnt light. i then turned the ignition to the on position and tested the connection again. the test light didnt light. i checked fuse and is good. should one of the wires have battery power to it all the time, or shouldnt there be power to the connector when the ignition is turned to the on position?

Get a helper -you check for power at the white and yellow wire on the connector while disconnected from the fuel pump when the helper turns the ignition on-do you have power? Let me know

hi, thanks for the reply. i put a tet light on the whit and yellow wire and turned ignion to the "on" position and the test light did NOT light. when i turned the ignition to the "start" position the test light illuminated.

also may i ask if you are allowed to email me the diagram you posted here? when i opened it i couldnt read it. and when i save it and enlarged it, became too blurry to read. also, if there is any trouble shooting fuel pump, no start, and trouble codes diagram(where is the connector for the codes? i was told by battery near tower, but it is not there.

any help with this car i would soooo appreciate it and be very grateful.

hi raz, i didnt get the email. try both these in case i have something [email protected] or [email protected]

the yellow wire did not light with the ignition in the on position. it did light when in the start position

Inspect and test the fuel pump relay,main relay and the 30amp fusible link
