How to set the timing of an izuzu pup 2.2L 1988?

Engine didn't want to start so I removed the timing now I want to set it back. Engine hard starts and then on idle, it vibrates. I need to set it including the setting of injector pump, camp shaft, and the crank shaft. Include diagram if possible. Thanks in advance

the fact that it moved requires replacing the belt and then see if you damaged the valves.
