why is my truck idling up and and using alot of gas.

out of the blue the truck started idling up and down we cant figure it out.we changed iac also the idling senser,its getting worse amd she eats up alot of theere is also a bad smell and a black cloud of smoke when i accelerate to pick up speed please help.

we did that we changed the hoses no change
