how do i put my brake pads and caliper onto the rotor properly?

i have a 1988 chrysler lebaron k car and i took off the caliper and do not know how to properly put it back on. i guessed and now every time i drive it, the wheel jumps and dings real loud.

@KHLow2008 thank you man, but on my caliper their is a silver thing that fell off and idk what it does. it looks as if it holds the caliper together or something like that. do you have any idea what im talking about?
