if i was going to make a 383 stroker out of 350 engine can i just get 400 sbc crank put it in and be good or do i have to have new rods, pistons, cam, and lifters. also would i have to send to machine shop to get stroker clearanced or could i use a grinder and do it myself. what would be the steps in making a 383 "stroker"
