. I checked the fuses and they are all good. I took the horn cover off and grounded the wire simulating the honking of the horn and it did not work. I ran a 12 volt jumper to the horns and they do honk. i also replaced the horn relay and i can hear it click when i push on the horn buttons... this car has been sitting a few years

If sitting a few years the mice may have gotten to the wires. Check the fuses under the hood, then try grounding the wire.

Also you may want to use some w-d-40 rust will make for a bad connection
