It won't start. I don't get any lights inside and headlights don't turn on either. We have tried jumping it with no success. The only thing that did anything was we used the jumper cables and hooked it up to the frame and a positive lead box on the fire wall and that enabled us to get lights within the car. There are, what we believe to be some kind of relay box or possibly fusible links, on the right side of the engine compartment, and when we can get any sound when we try and turn it over, they make this strange buzzing sound.

i would replace the battery to start. it may be shorted internally not allowing even a jump
