Rattle type of noise coming from the turbo,What would be the problem?

If the turbine fan is touching the case you will be up for a serious re build, get this checked asap.

Grab the conpressor blade and see if you have ANY lateral movement, this would indicate a bad bearing.

Also check the wastegate, if no boost, the wastegate may have broken.
