505 deisel

I have a Peugeot 505 n/a deisel engine fitted in my alter umm. It has a rotodiesel fuel pump. My problem is that I cant get the pump to prime. The electronic shut off is working corectly and I can get fuel to the pump but not to the injectors. I'm un sure about the manaul shut off or am I just priming it wrong. Please help

Do you get fuel pulsing at the injectors?

No I don't get fuel at the injectors.

Either the fuel shut off is not working or the pump has failed i feel
