I have a 1987 olds 98 regency changed thermostat, but it is still blowing cold, what would be making that happen,
blower motor is working fine, heater hoses are hot when running, when i set it to heater, instead of blowing out the vents on the dash, the cold air is blowing out under the dash (floor)

Check vent door actuators. Also, check the blend door. It is responsible for the amount of heat you get in the vehicle.

Yes... If the blend door isn't opening, no heat can pass over the heater core.

Not hard to fix, but a pain to get to. Limited space.

I can not find any where that tells me exactly where to find the blend door, can you tell me exactly where it is located?

It is near the heater core in the HVAC box.
