1987 lincoln mk7 lsc...no key and ignition iz locked steering wheel also ...i have been trying various wayz of trtying to unlock it i dont have jigglers...i did take cowl off and am able to get a couple of tumblers to move ...cant afford a locksmith..i noticed a button (4lack of a better term)that looks to be what needs to go in to release locking mech..az alwayz when im in doubt &dont want to screw up this gem i got cheap...i come to the best spot on the web ....please advise ,,,sorry im broke .i promise i will pay for next answer ....thanx for alwayz bieng THE BEST

that button under the key cylinder is to remove the cylinder once the keys been turned to the on position. it sounds like the cylinder is bad or the key is worn too much. try some spray lube first but then youll still need to replace something and a new key and cylinder would prevent a breakdown somewhere away from home.
