how to removal pick up coil from distributor

Hi, trying to figure it out so I don't break something I ordered a new pick up coil,rotor cap and plugs + wire. I removed the cap and the dust shield and rotor I took the 2 screws holding the pic-up coil in place after that I pulled up easy and the pick up coil moves a little. I turned the reluctor counter clockwise a hair put noticed it would just spring back to position.How do I remove this pick up coil? Thank you I do appreciate it!!

The entire distributor has to be removed and disassembled which takes some skill. The shaft has to be removed from the distributor to get the pick up coil out.
