i have replaced the starter, the battery, the solenoid, the starter relay on the steering column, and the ignition switch, turn the key and nothing happens, what is next?

Do you not hear the loud clunk of the starter solenoid on the fender near the battery? If so, unplug the smaller red wire, then use a little jumper wire to connect that terminal to the battery positive post. Connect that wire to the battery first, then connect the other end to the solenoid last. That will create the spark away from the battery which gives off explosive hydrogen gas. Be sure the transmission is not in gear. If the solenoid engages and the starter cranks the engine, we will know that part of the circuit is working. Do you have an automatic or manual transmission?
