I Have Noticed The Fuses Are Called Circuit Breakers. Can A Burnt Out Fuse Cause Current Not To Flow To Any Parts Of Motor ? What Do I Need Use To Check The Fuses ? Can A Multimeter Be Used ?

Usually one fuse controls whatever is on that fuse circuit. If one fuse blows, no voltage to whatever is on that circuit. It shouldn't kill voltage to everything.

Yeah, you use a testlight or digital multimeter to check for voltage. I very seldom use an analog voltmeter anymore.

Can you tell us what kind of problem you are having?

Yes My problem Is No Voltage To Coil, So I Am Trying To Check Everything That Might Cause It To Not Have Any Voltage Reaching It.

If you use a testlite, the pointed end you use to probe the wire if needed/voltage. The other end may have an alligator clip on it, you touch that end to ground/metal part of vehicle. The testlite has no polarity, you can use either end for voltage or ground. If the lite comes on, you have voltage and ground. The best thing you can do is get a testlite or multimeter, read the directions if any and just play with them, take readings.

With the digital multimeter, the red lead is voltage and the black lead is ground.

Just to add, the positive side of the coil, goes hot/voltage with the key on.
