i have a 1987 chrysler newyorker and the turn signals don't work. I checked the hazard lights and they work, and i have also checked the fuses. i don't know what the problem is, can you tell me?

Check and test the Turn Signal Flasher Relay On bracket near fuse and relay block

I checked an replaced flasher relay on bracket and the turn signals still don't work, what else can I do?
