no power to tank selector switch

I have a 1987 chev truck no power to tank selector switch I've change the relay but not sure they working properly there is power to relay but not sure if power is coming out.

Truck stopped getting fuel to TB I changed the fuel selector switch but there is no power to switch. I changed to relay still not power.

I jump power to the fuel pumps and they both are working, the fuel is coming up the the injectors but will not open to let fuel go into the Tb. Also changed the fuel valve.
