there isn't a fuse for windows it's acircuit breaker. but put a 30amp fuse in it if possible and test windows then . if they work then the breaker is bad and needs replacing. if the fuse blows there is a short in the system. then check to see if switch is getting and sending power out to motor if it does then the breaker was your problem. replace with a new breaker.
